Processing Time

Most website orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Live Sale Orders

Orders placed during Facebook and TikTok live sales may require up to 3 weeks for processing due to increased order volume.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email hello@paperbooh.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the shipping packaging

Once reviewed, we'll work with you to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Paper Booh Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information if needed.
